«Francisco Tropa, ⒶMO-TE» at the Serralves Foundation

The “Francisco Tropa, Paésine” exhibition opens Friday December 6 at Villa Paloma.
This monographic exhibition is organised in collaboration with the Serralves Foundation in Porto, which which simultaneously presents “ⒶMO-TE”, another aspect of Francisco Tropa’s work.

Friday 9 November at 11am, at the Serralves Foundation, Francisco Tropa, Célia Bernasconi (curator of “Paésine” and chief curator of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco), Ricardo Nicolau (curator of “ⒶMO-TE”), Simone Menegoi (essayist, long-time interpreter of Francisco Tropa’s work and author of several texts for the publication) and Kathleen Campagnolo (responsible for managing Francisco Tropa’s archive in preparation for the exhibition and author of the descriptive notes on the works in the catalogue) will discuss the artist’s practice and the perspectives that guided the design of the exhibitions in Porto and Monaco.
